Students must bring their inventions to COSI for set-up/check-in.
Parents may set up for students - if necessary - between 5-7 only.
Parking is free for inventor set-up only.
Inventors/parents/teachers must leave COSI by 7PM
7PM
"Invention Only" judging (no students) will take place following the set-up period.

COSI is open standard operating hours.
12:00 NOON - 3:00 PM
Official Judging in designated Invention Convention areas - Individual INTERVIEWS by two separate judges.
3:00 - 4:15 PM
Invention Convention areas open to public. Official Tabulation of Scores.
4:30 PM
Awards Presentation begins at Main Stage - Grand Atrium Lobby
Official Awards Presentation & Awarding of Scholarships.
6:00 PM
Event Close.
